The Quality Promise

Your satisfaction with our quality is important to us. In addition to the Jos. A. Bank return policy, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your new Jos. A. Bank suit purchase, we will attempt to repair it. If we cannot repair the issue, you may receive store credit to purchase a replacement suit of equal or lesser value of the purchase price you paid. You must present your original receipt to receive credit, unless you are a Bank Account Rewards® member and the applicable transaction number is on file. Normal wear and tear excluded.

Shipping & Handling

Delivery
In addition to the shipping timelines, orders take 1-2 days to process (plus an additional day if placed on weekends or holidays). Subject to the following limitations and exclusions, merchandise is delivered to our customers in the continental United States within 3-5 business days after the shipment date. Processing time is 1-2 additional business days after an order has been placed. Delivery times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery. Additional shipping or delivery time may be required for orders involving or containing monogramming, alterations, TravelerCrease®, gift card or shoe purchases; delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses; incomplete or incorrect information; denial or delay of payment authorization; or weather or other delays beyond the control of Jos. A. Bank.

Quick Delivery
To receive your order within two business days after processing, please request Express delivery for $16. For one business day delivery after processing, please request Rush delivery for $24. These shipping fees are based on shipping option and include handling and processing costs. Please note-all deliveries to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or Union Territory addresses must be shipped parcel post and require additional time for delivery. Additional shipping or delivery time may be required for orders involving or containing monogramming, alterations, TravelerCrease®, gift card or shoe purchases.

Shoes
Select shoes are drop shipped from our vendor and require an extra 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping offers for customers who are not Bank Account Rewards® members are based on the subtotal of your order (before taxes) and applies within the continental US, and excludes monogramming, alterations, TravelerCrease®, and our handling fee on drop shipped shoes. Customers are responsible for their state sales tax and shipping and handling tax.

Skip waiting for a package to arrive, pick up your josbank.com order in store! Heres how:

  1. Shop josbank.com and add ANY items to your cart.
  2. Select 'Ship To Store' as the shipping address at checkout.
  3. Select closest store to your location.
  4. Finish the checkout process online, and we'll notify you when the order is ready to pick up in store.

Our Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 90 days of purchase in-store or within 90 days from original date of purchase for online orders. Online orders can be exchanged in store, returned by mail and a new online order placed, or you can Contact Us. Returns after 90 days must be processed in stores and are subject to manager discretion and eligible only to receive in-store credit. Returns of custom orders may be subject to separate terms, provided at the time of custom order placement. Monogrammed items & face masks cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card. Any amount refunded or credited will be reduced by the pro-rated amount of any savings promotions used to purchase the returned/exchanged merchandise.

Making a Return

Option 1: Free return by mail using a prepaid shipping label

  • Drop your package off at any FedEx location
  • Track your return easily online
  • Please allow 10 business days for processing your return once we receive it.
  • Orders placed in store are not eligible to be returned by mail.
  • For exchanges: Online orders can only be exchanged in store
  • For returns: You can return online orders by mail or in stores. If you choose to return by mail, you can then place a new online order, or Contact Us for assistance
Option 2: Return to a Jos. A. Bank Store
  • You can return items to any Jos. A. Bank Retail Store location. For a store near you, see our store locator or call 1-800-285-2265.
  • In store returns require customer name, address and phone number. Any refunds over $50 for non-credit or debit card purchases which could not be refunded to the original card will be paid to you with a check issued from our corporate offices. If register funds are unavailable for refunds under $50, a check will be issued from our corporate offices. All checks will be issued within 10 (ten) business days. Returns/exchanges on altered or worn clothing are subject to store management's sole discretion.

Alterations to Unfinished Pants

We will be pleased to cuff or plain hem your trousers. Take your favorite pair of dress trousers and lay them on a flat table. Measure from top of waistband to the bottom of the trouser. This is the outseam measurement.

Coupon Offer Terms & Conditions

Both the Jos. A. Bank Retail Marketing Text Program and the Rental Marketing Text Program may provide coupons to subscribed customers. Various terms and conditions apply to the respective coupons sent and received. Those coupon terms and conditions are available on our offer disclosures website. Further, the Notice of Financial Incentive applies to all coupon offers provided to customers, whether via SMS or other delivery methods.
