Bank Account Rewards® Program Frequently Asked Questions.

  1. How do I join the Bank Account Rewards® program?

    You may join the Bank Account Rewards® program online or at any of our store locations nationwide.

  2. If my online order total is less than the amount of my rewards certificate, what will happen to the remaining balance?

    As rewards certificates are one-time use only, you will forfeit the remaining balance.

  3. What are the Bank Account Rewards® certificate terms of use?

    Rewards certificates may be used only once and must be surrendered at time of purchase. They are valid for a period of six months after issuance for purchases and services from Jos. A. Bank, Jos. A. Bank Factory Stores, and online at josbank.com (collectively "JAB"). No more than five rewards certificates can be redeemed in a single online transaction. Rewards certificate cannot be used for special orders, layaway purchases, taxes, shipping and handling charges, or toward the purchase of gift cards. Rewards certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit. Customers returning items purchased with one or more rewards certificates will be given store credit in the form of a return rewards certificate for the amount of the certificates used; the return policy of JAB shall apply to any amount in excess of the certificates used. Return rewards certificates are subject to these same terms and conditions, and are valid for a period of six months after issuance. In the event merchandise is returned after a certificate is issued but before the certificate has been redeemed, JAB reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel any certificates earned on that merchandise. No minimum purchase is required. No cash, credit, or replacement certificates will be issued if value of rewards certificates exceeds purchase price. Rewards certificates are not transferable for online redemption, but may be transferred for in-store redemption. Rewards certificates are combinable with other JAB promotional programs. Employees and family members of employees of JAB, or any affiliate of JAB, may not use rewards certificates or return rewards certificates. The use and terms of rewards certificates are subject to change at any time, without notice. JAB is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards certificates.   4. Do my rewards certificates ever expire?

    Yes. Bank Account Rewards® certificates expire six months after they have been issued. If you have a concern about an expired rewards certificate, please contact Bank Account Rewards® at 1-877-330-4574

  5. As a Bank Account Rewards® program member, do I receive free shipping?

    Yes. As a member you qualify for free STANDARD shipping on all orders, no minimum spend. Simply enter your nine-digit Bank Account Rewards® ID number during checkout, or make sure this ID number is linked in your account profile on your online account.

  6. What is your return policy?

    If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 90 days of purchase in-store or within 90 days of shipment for online orders. Online orders can be exchanged in store, returned by mail and a new online order placed, or you can Contact Us. Returns after 90 days must be processed in stores and are subject to manager discretion and eligible only to receive in-store credit. Returns of custom orders may be subject to separate terms, provided at the time of custom order placement. Monogrammed items & face masks cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card. Any amount refunded or credited will be reduced by the pro-rated amount of any savings promotions used to purchase the returned/exchanged merchandise. Orders placed in store are not eligible to be returned by mail.

    Making A Return

    • Drop your package off at any FedEx location
    • Track your return easily online
    • Please allow 10 business days for processing your return once we receive it.
    • Orders placed in store are not eligible to be returned by mail
    • For exchanges: Online orders can only be exchanged in store
    • For returns: You can return online orders by mail or in stores. If you choose to return by mail, you can then place a new online order, or Contact Us for assistance

    Option 2: Return to a Jos. A. Bank Store * You can return items to any Jos. A. Bank Retail Store location. For a store near you, see our store locator or call 1-800-285-2265.

    • In store returns require customer name, address and phone number. Any refunds over $50 for non-credit or debit card purchases which could not be refunded to the original card will be paid to you with a check issued from our corporate offices. If register funds are unavailable for refunds under $50, a check will be issued from our corporate offices. All checks will be issued within 10 (ten) business days. Returns/exchanges on altered or worn clothing are subject to store management's sole discretion.

  7. How often can I expect to receive my rewards certificates?

    For every $500 in purchases, excluding gift cards, layaway, taxes, fees, and shipping charges, you will receive a $50 rewards certificate. Rewards certificates are sent out once a month for purchases made the month prior, so delivery may take three to seven weeks after qualifying for a certificate.

  8. Do I earn points on the entire purchase amount?

    Points are not awarded for the purchase of gift cards, clearance, layaway, taxes, fees, and shipping charges. Please note that points are deducted for exchanges and returns.

  9. Will points be deducted from my account for returned items?

    Yes. Points are calculated on all purchases, exchanges and returns.

  10. What is the Bank Account Rewards® program privacy policy?

    Jos. A. Bank respects the privacy of Bank Account Rewards® program members. By using a Bank Account Rewards® program number, each Bank Account Rewards® program member consents to the business use of the Bank Account Rewards® program member's personal information by Jos. A. Bank and its affiliate companies. The use of Bank Account Rewards® program members' personal information is governed by our privacy policy.

  12. Do I earn reward points when I redeem my reward certificates?

    No. Points are not awarded when redeeming reward certificates.

  13. Can I use my Bank Account Rewards® certificates online?

    You can enter your Bank Account Rewards® program certificate number and Bank Account Rewards® program ID at checkout to use rewards certificates for online transactions.

  14. How many certificates can I redeem online in a single transaction?

    You can redeem up to five certificates.

  15. How does the $60 Bank Account Rewards® rental discount work?

    All rentals are subject to additional terms available in-store or at tuxedo.josbank.com/terms-and-conditions. In-store reservations require deposits. All offers can be modified or canceled anytime and are subject to product availability. Selection varies by store and online. Offers are valid on new purchases or reservations only. Offers cannot be combined with other offers. Discounts and coupons have no cash or credit value. Coupons are one time use only. Bank Account Rewards® points are earned only on amounts expended by you in connection with purchases or rentals and are deducted for any refunds or cancellations.

    Available to Bank Account Rewards® members only. Packages must include at a minimum coat, pants, shirt, tie, and shoes. Excludes packages styled with the Joseph & Feiss boys' suit. Valid on new bookings only. Valid in store only. Cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

  16. I was a Jos. A. Bank Corporate Card program member. Is that program still valid?

    No. Bank Account Rewards® program supersedes the Jos. A. Bank Corporate Card program, which is now discontinued. Corporate Card program members will be automatically enrolled in the Bank Account Rewards® program. Former Corporate Card program members, or any Bank Account Rewards® program members may exclude themselves from the Bank Account Rewards® program or make requests regarding contact preferences, as outlined in the Bank Account Rewards® Terms and Conditions.
