BANK ACCOUNT REWARDS® PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Credit approval is not required for enrollment in Bank Account Rewards®. Employees and family members of employees of Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (Jos. A. Bank) and its affiliates are not eligible for membership in the Bank Account Rewards®. Bank Account Rewards® members are issued a unique Bank Account Rewards® identification number.
Rewards Points and Certificates
Members earn one Bank Account Rewards® point for every dollar spent at Jos. A. Bank on the purchase of merchandise, layaways, alterations, and tuxedo rentals, at the stores or online, regardless of the method of payment. Only one Bank Account Rewards® number may be used per transaction. For every 500 rewards points earned, the Bank Account Rewards® member will receive a $50 rewards certificate. Bank Account Rewards® members forfeit unused rewards certificates 6 months after issuance. If a Bank Account Rewards® member is inactive for 25 consecutive months, the member will forfeit all of the member’s points at the end of the 25-month period. The Bank Account Rewards® member is inactive for a certain period if the member does not transact with Jos. A. Bank over the same period.
No minimum purchase is required to earn rewards points. No rewards points are earned on fees (e.g., tuxedo rental fees such as the mandatory damage and handling fees, late charges, change order, and rush fees), taxes, freight, purchases of gift cards, or purchases made with rewards certificates. Bank Account Rewards® members’ accounts will be debited to reflect returned merchandise. Rewards points are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Bank Account Rewards® Certificate Use
Rewards certificates are only valid for new purchases at Jos. A. Bank (online or in store) and may be used only once. No minimum purchase is required to use rewards certificates. Rewards certificates may be combined with other Jos. A. Bank promotional programs. Rewards certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit and may not be applied toward payment of layaway purchases, gift cards, taxes, or shipping charges. No cash, credit or replacement certificates will be issued if value of rewards certificates exceeds purchase price.
Jos. A. Bank is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards certificates. If you redeem a rewards certificate using the number without the paper certificate in hand, then the paper certificate is void.
In the event merchandise is returned after a certificate is issued, but before the certificate has been redeemed, Jos. A. Bank reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel any certificates earned on that merchandise.
Online Redemption and Returns
