HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST: You are automatically entered into the Contest when you complete and transmit the on-screen entry form before 11:59 PM ET May 15, 2008. Jos. A. Bank Clothiers is not responsible for transmission and/or computer error. A random selection will be held on or about May 16, 2008. Limit one entry per individual. Jos. A. Bank Clothiers reserves the right to modify scheduling of the contest without prior notice.

NOTIFICATION: The Prize winner will be notified via e-mail on or about May 16, 2008. Prize winners do not need to be online at time of notification.

REDEMPTION: The Gift Card will be sent to the winner's home address after confirming eligibility.
