Sevice was outstanding

I bought a suit on line for my son. I brought it to our local Jos. A. Banks store to be altered. The siut which I bought was not the proper size. Store personnel corrected my error and had him fitted properly. They were curtious and helpfull. They made the process painless.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Pants too big

Although it is probably my fault for not checking, I was surprised that the standard pant size for 44L is 39" waist, as apposed to 38" which is what I've always seen at other places. The suit itself is fine and I will keep it and get the pants altered because the price was good.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Great suit, but I still need a tailor

This is the first time I ever bought a suit online, and overall I'm very pleased. The only thing I wish I could change is that I did not have the option to have my waist tailored. I know my measurements, and I'm glad I had the option to have the pants hemmed, but I would have received perfect service if the pants arrived with the right fit. Fortunately, I know a good tailor, but it's still a hassle that would be good to avoid were I to make future online suit purchases.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

  What is the waist size on a 46 Short Executive suit?
  I have purchased from you in the past (in the stores) and went to look at those suits -- no sizes listed! I had bought on line before but had to return all as it was all too small. Concerned about the flat front trousers -- normally get pleated which admittedly is not a good look for someone my size / girth but I need a full 48" in the waist so if these suits won't work then best I don't buy!
