I had high hopes for this sweater to replace a worn cashmere cardigan. This is very light and thin merino wool, and I could see my white dress shirt through the fabric in bright light. Not good, not warm, not substantial. I returned it.

The cardigan is comfortable and may be worn under a suit jacket. It can also take the edge off a cool day. The only "problem" is that I'd forgotten how easily lint shows on black wool! I don't regret my purchase, but I'll always keep a lint brush handy.

This is obviously a high-quality product, but it belongs on a list of spring or summer wear because it was too light to keep me warm in the fall or winter...

This sweater is the perfect weight for spring. It is very soft, too.
note that it runs small. The sleeves are plenty long but the area around the middle is not very roomy.

The sweater is well designed and fits as expected. The construction is good, buttons seem well set, seams are sturdily stitched, and the overall construction leaves little if anything to be desired. Button holes appear reinforced, which is good because I find it easiest to put this sweater on by undoing the buttons instead of trying to don it as a pull over. The sweater itself is thin yet warms enough for use over a shirt on a cool day. The merino wool is very soft.

I wanted some cardigans that were stylish, comfortable, & didn't look too "Mister Rogers." I wear these under blazers, with button up shirts, & a tie usually. In the Spring they will go well over any old collared shirt.

The Pros:
*They are perfect for Fall, Winter, & Spring because they are cozy, but not too thick.
*The Merino Wool is incredibly soft & has a reasonable amount of give, so they are not easy to tear.

The Cons:
*These aren't designed for the tall but very skinny, like me. They are somewhat loose around the torso & armpit in the medium size, or too short if worn in the small size for me. Ended up going for the mediums because that was less bothersome of the two options.

Fabric is a light merino wool. Comfortable feel. Problem is that the "medium" was tight on my frame. Normally, "medium" fits correctly for me.
