I purchased four (4) long sleeve signature silk polo's online. The polo's were absolutely beautiful … nice colors, good fit, draped well, and great material. However, I subsequently encountered numerous problems during the delivery / return process which took over two (2) months to finally resolve. Customer Service did their best to intercede and expedite return deliveries, but for some reason, the warehouse was nowhere near as responsive. I enjoy visiting my local JoS. A. Bank and prefer to make my purchases in the store (I can touch, feel and try on the product). I only go online when the store doesn't carry that particular piece or style. It's a great product! But management should consider reviewing their shipping / fulfillment process … the process might look good on the execution diagrams, but somewhere in the mix things get screwed-up. At least, that was the situation on this particular order. Just wanted to give management a heads-up.

These sweaters are excellent for all occasions, they can be worn with a sport coat or worn casually with jeans. I wear them all the time and they don't "pill" up and don't seem to ever look old.

This was a Xmas gift. I did receive the wrong color. However, it was easy to go to a store and exchange the product.

The sweaters are light weight but keep you warm at the same time. The colors are just as advertised. I like the looks, as they can be worn very casually or with a sport coat. The size is a bit larger than advertised, however I have no real complaints. Better alittle large than too small.

I really like the feel and look of these silk polos with sport coat, slacks or jeans. One caution for others is: they run large. I hope mine shrink just a little but even if they don't I enjoy the look and feel.

Excellent quality and classic design make this a "go to" choice in my wardrobe. I like to wear it where it with a blazer on days I don't wear a suite and tie. It also comes in handy when traveling on business as it travels well in a suite case.

I love the fit and feel. I have to confess. I machine wash the shirt in cold water without a problem.

I believe the cut should be fuller. I am an extra large presumably 46-48. This shirt fits like a 44 "continental". I merely passed it on to one of sons. I'll keep trying.

Great for occasions that are just a level up from casual and for casual times as well. Soft, fits nicely and looks fine.

Great comfort, but the armpits shred. I don't think I am the problem. I have another older silk polo bought elsewhere that I wear even more often without any problem.
