I originally ordered 3 sweaters.
I got 2 sweaters & a 1/4 zip in the color sweater I ordered.
Everyone I talked to in Customer Service was extremely apologetic & helpful.
However, I was sent a 1/4 zip 2 more times before I finally got my sweater.
Each time I had to call, repackage the wrong item, send it back & wait for the replacement item. Finally got it right on the 4th try.

Better quality control could be used in shipping items. The tag on the sweater was mismatched with the product. I was able to return it to a local store and get the sweater I ordered but it was an inconvenience. I ordered on-line for the convenience of it.

Your fulfilment program needs a little work. I have ordered twice in the past 45 days and both times they sent either the wrong color or the style. They were still great sweaters and it is too much of a hassle to send them back. I do like your clothes.

Fits well, an also attention getter. Looks like money. It's a key ingredient that compliments and completes the rest of the outfit. I receive lots of looks, winks, compliments and smiles from the opposite sex. The sweater simply states "grown man." A must have for any gentlemen.

Fits great for a Large.(Im in between Large and XL depending on fit) I did have another in light blue that wound up shrinking on the first wash. SO BE CAREFUL! dont let it fully dry the first time.

I love this shirt, I have it in large, but I am an extra small in women's and I love it. I wear it with leggings and tucked into a pencil skirt. It lays over my breasts very nicely; I receive many compliments when wearing it. They do tend to run a little large, so for guys who are between sizes I recommend choosing the smaller size. It is very soft.

I am used to the several Merino wool v-necks that I have from JAB. The cotton is definatly a tighter fit, less give. I brought my cottons back and exchanged for Merino's.
