I placed two ordees on the same day. One order arrived promptly. The other took three weeks. Merchandise was in stock but a "hold" was placed on it. Foour phone calls and three weeks passed before merchandise was received.

I was VERY disappointed in how long it took to get to me...I ended up having to mail it for a Christmas gift as it had not arrived to me in time to bring it to them in person. It came to me in 3 separate shipments

The price was so low that i susspected that the sweater was not 2 ply as advertised.
When it arrived, it was a good looking sweater but very thin and certainly not 2 ply.

once i ordered online i could not reach anyone to ask a question about the order. also somehow, the order came in two parts and the second part they doubled the order sending 2 of the same color. i called 20 times, at least, and either the line was busy, or i held other for 10 minutes then a recording saying they would call me back. no one ever did. finally after many days and many calls i reached someone who was helpful, but we got disconnected just when she was about to help. best to go into a store to purchase as the merchandise is good quality and fairly priced. online i would not do again.

The Cashmere sweater was purchased for a Christmas present for my son. Yes, it feels and looks as presented in it description. Color is great and the softness is definitely Cashmere. This is the first item i have ever ordered online from Jos. Banks. I wws disappointed when the package came without a gift box as I had contacted customer service and asked for one. I again contacted customer service and within a few days I had a gift box, much to my surprise. Thank you. I will have to say though, I a amazed at the color you call burgundy? It looks more red to me. All in all, I am very pleased with Jos. Banks service.
