I bought this to replace a similar item in my wardrobe. This was my first purchase of a suit completely online. The pattern, hue, and sizing matched the online profile, which (as a first-time online buyer) was a welcome relief.
I was not impressed with the shipping. The box was a tattered mess and I have no idea how the suit arrived unblemished. The suit was badly wrinkled and required a thorough pressing before tailoring.
Despite this, I was pleased with the overall experience. The suit was a bargain and I would absolutely buy this way again.

I bought this suit for work and I had seen the product in the store prior to purchasing it online. The suit fits and looks fantastic and compliments my wardrobe. The only drawback is the material seems to wrinkle easily.

Although I have enjoyed shopping at Jos. A. Bank in the past in general I was disappointed with this experience. I purchased the suit on-line and when I took it to my local J.A.B. location to be altered they told me it wasn't possible to lengthen the sleeves on this particular suit because of the way it was made in India by the manufacturer? This is one of the drawbacks to an on-line purchase.

Upon seeing me in this new suit, my friends nearly all greeted me with, "Doctor!" If the suit fits, wear it. If not, then take it to JosABank's on-site tailors to be fitted. Your apparel is superlative. Oh, and I stayed comfortably cool, on a hot day, in it.

The suit is really nice -- love the style, fabric and pattern -- but I took the sizing off another suit I purchased from Banks and this was a bit smaller -- so that was disappointing.
