The shoes are very comfortable and go good with a lot of casual styles. The only thing frustrating is the shoelaces. They constantly come undone!

I bought these shoes right before Christmas for my conservative, yet stylish husband. He has told me many times how much he enjoys wearing his shoes to work, however, I've noticed that he wears them for other occasions too. When he wears his shoes he looks fashionable and they add the final touch to his outfit. I'm sure we will continue to purchase this type and brand of shoe in the future.

Jos A Bank should really look at the selling strategy for their shoe lines. There is a fixed charge (handling & shipping) that you lose if these are returned. You can get compelling alternatives of equal or better value at most topline competitors & they don't slap these charges. At least Jos A Bank should consider exceptions where you can't even try out the shoes.

A 3* for providing no visibility into the product.
