The coat was nice but runs big.

Service and delivery comments:

Original item was backordered and the date was pushed back twice so delivery was quite late.
The coat was too large and I returned it for a smaller size.
A week after they received coat I called and it had not yet been "processed" and there was no new order pending. 9 days after receipt at JosABanks I am still waiting for any news on replacement. I am very disappointed in the service and delivery.

I ordered a topcoat online as a gift. We visited the store upon finding the size was too large. There we had excellent instore service and attention. The manager exchanged the topcoat for 2 sizes smaller and found it to be a perfect fit. Because of the quality of service and attention, my husband said he would go back to this store "in a heartbeat". We are very pleased!

The coat arrived early ( a good thing), The top button on the coat had been ripped off, there was a small hole where the button was missing and the coat was really wrinkled ( very bad things ) It was so very disappointing. We never in a million years expected anything to arrive with your good name on it in this unacceptable fashion.
