Easy Purchase & Return and Helpful Staff

I buy for my two adult sons (who live in Canada) and my husband, and I love shopping at Jos. A Bank. Whether I shop online or go to my closest store in Lafayette, CA the service is great. Online order deliveries are prompt and usually come within 2-3 days. Since I'm often guessing at likes/dislikes and fit, returns are easy, especially if I take the items into the store. The sizes and cuts on shirts are very accommodating to all needs, and I will never buy anything but their awesome "Traveler" 100% cotton shirts again. They last through years of washing and come out of the dryer crisp and virtually wrinkle free. I also like that the store I use has both "mature" staff and more youthful, as I can get opinions on current trends for every age group very easily. Sales are great and I watch for them!
