Bought the pants for work. Had the pants tailored. Went in to pick them up and they couldn't find them. They stored them under the first name instead of the last name. Tried them on. Hardly any of the alterations I requested were done. Sent them back a 2nd time. Same thing. Was told by a store associate that the alterations I requested weren't the style (I wanted a short break. I got enough material on top of my shoe to make a pair of booties). I DONT CARE. Alter the garments the way the customer wants them, Took them and went to my local tailor were the pants were finally alter the way I wanted them. If I purchase from Jos A Bank it won't be in the store at Dulles.
