Purchase was great - Tailoriing is bad

Good morning
I purchased three pair of pants back in December at one of your big sales. I then went to your Burlington, MA store for tailoring. I went on December 22, 2012 and was told that it would take 2 weeks for the pants to be done. I thought this timeline was a bit lengthy but because of the holidays I kind of expected it, although I have never had to wait more than a week at other stores. The clerk wrote on the slip where it says Promise: 1/7. I went last evening 1/8/13 and the pants were not completed. I must tell you I was a bit upset and expressed this to the man at the store and his excuse was it was the holidays. Your claim tickets states Promise I would think that would mean my pants would have been ready on January 7. I can honestly say I am not sure if I will continue being a Jos A Bank customer.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
