I travel a lot and and these suits look great and fit nicely. And they look nice after being in a suitcase for 6 hours. I do wish the suit had a closer drop from chest size to waist size. I am a 42 long and the pants come in a 36. I am a 34 waist, and really don't want to take up the waist too.

It was time to update my wardrobe. I bought eight new suites - all travelers and all Tailored fit. Being a shorter man (5'6") I very much like the styling of the tailored suits. the slimmer pants leg, lapels and body of the jacket give an updated look without being trendy and prevents a short or dumpy appearance. It was necessary to go up one size though for the appropriate fit.

Although the suit got holes after one wear, the company replaced it with no hassle and even let me tailr the new suit for free.

Good material and cut. Athletic fit. Doesn't get rumpled, even after driving or sitting. Very pleased.

The suit arrived as advertised, on time. I took it to the local Jos. A Bank store intending to have it altered to fit, even though I didn't fall in love with it at first. The sales associate showed me some higher quality suits that made my purchase pale in comparison. I made the decision to return this suit in favor of an upgrade. The sales associate was extremely helpful with this. My advice: go to a store to try it on. My Jos. A Bank store is an hour away but in the end, worth the drive.

So I ordered 4 suits online. I had previously purchased 3 suits in store so I was very familiar with my size. I am a 40S jacket so naturally they send 34" waist trousers. I am a 35" waist. I call customer service and they tell me they can't help me. I ask for a supervisor. I have now been playing phone tag with the supervisor of customer service for over 2 weeks and several times without returning my call. I would avoid doing business with them and I personally will no longer be a patron. There is no option for trouser sizes with a jacket size nor do they provide a disclaimer.

I bought this on the last "big" sale. I went to a local Jos. A. Bank store first. They didn't have anything in my son's size (40L) and were not very helpful.

I returned home and starting calling the 800 number. An hour later, I finally got through and was put on hold. After another 30+ plus minutes, I talked to a woman (who yawned at least three times during our short conversation). I needed two pairs of pants with this suit and I wanted to make sure the Traveler pants would match the Traveler suit in the same color. I was assured they would match.

I ordered the suit and extra pants. Both were listed as "in stock" on the web site. I received the suit, but no pants. After another week, I contacted customer service and told them I would have to return the suit if the pants didn't arrive soon (and match the suit).

Four days later, I received a response stating that the pants would not match and that the suit and the pants would be from different dye lots.

So, although the suit seems decent, I will have to return everything. In short, a big waste of time for nothing.

Customer service was very poor.

The way the suit arrived was very nice and shows the value towards the customer. It was agift and my son-in-law was very pleased with the style and quality of the suit. He has to have it tailored of course and I hope his experience will also go as well as the purchase.

I'm a professional and needed to update my wardrobe from tired, big-padded bucket suits. I tried on the Traveler line in the store and decided to order a navy and charcoal version online. Suits arrived in fine condition with hangers included.

Fit is very good for off-the-rack garment. I'm athletic, and needed a jacket that didn't look like a sack. This line reminded me of the cut I saw in the UK recently and I'm very pleased with their taper, texture and refinement. Trousers are flat front, thankfully, with more than enough lenght for full hemming - although the one-size waist was disappointing and will likely need to be taken in slightly.

Overall, these are a fine value for the money: I bought them for 1/4 their list price and love the fit, style, cut and texture. I couldn't be happier.

Pardon the long post, but I wanted to share about this product. First, a little about my dimensions: I'm 5'10", 170 lbs, and my build puts me right between regular fit suits and slim fit suits. Regular is usually too baggy, and the slim fit, while I can wear them, aren't comfortable for a 9-10 hour day at the office.

I bought two of the Traveler Tailored Fit suits; one in Navy and one in Grey Windowpane. These suits fit perfect!! Close-fitting enough to look very nice, but relaxed enough to be very comfortable sitting in meetings, at my desk, or walking around the building. The fit is the perfect compromise between uncomfortable slim fit, and very ill-fitting (at least on smaller people) regular fit.

I have tried for a while to find an OTR suit that fits me well, b/c while I have to wear a suit almost every day, I don't have the $ to drop on bespoke suiting. I have found my PERFECT fit, at a great price. I will be purchasing many more of these suits in the future.

I work in an office that requires a suit and tie four/five days a week. These suits are a good deal for people that have a slimmer build in that they don't require a ton of alterations. Quality seems to be solid, especially for the price (was considering Joseph Abboud at the mall). They are a little more current in style but still fit in my conservative (dresswise) office.
