Very fast 3 day delivery - even though I chose "standard" shipping. Material and workmanship are good - especially considering the price. Sportscoat fit well. I also like the selection that Joseph Bank offers and the convenience of ordering online.
Alterations are very slow

today is 10th day since re-measuiring @ localJoseph A Bank store. They told me it would be 3 weeks or so to alter the sleeves length and it looks like it is headed towards that timeline. Coats were great deal, but not certain about the alterations.
