After an extensive search of the so called quality Mall shops all I came up with was bargain imitation "cashmere"
What a relief to find the real thing in my favorite colors and style.
The merchandise was priced right and shipped quick.

The sizing chart was helpful and allowed me to make the correct selection for the intended recipient. The color description was accurate which was important since I ordered the sweater in eggplant. The V-neck was a bit lower than the recipient was accustomed to so it might have been helpful to have that information in advance.

Unfortunately the item arrived with the price tags on it even after I called customer service to tell them it was a gift. The website should have an online option of identifying it as a gift which should prevent the recipient from seeing the price tag and receiving an invoice.

I order men's sweaters for myself as I love the loose fit. I am slim, but I still like a great looking, but not tightish fit. I immediately washed all three sweaters purchased in my front loader on gentle and they came out beautifully.

I bought these sweaters for the three men in my family. The quality and the weight of the sweater was excellent. It is great to have a fine two ply cashmere sweater to give for extra warmth and have it still fit under a suit jacket. I have had the good fortune of owning some exquisite sweaters in my life but at a dramatically higher price. This was one of my best buys of the winter.

This is a thick, lush cashmere, the nicest one I could find for the price. Most other cashmeres were either terribly pricey or too thin. I would have liked the color to be a bit lighter, but because this is the color of most jeans, it goes with everything and I was proud to put it in my own giftbox and wrap it. Perhaps next year a gift box will be included or at least offered.

The sweater was a gift for my 17 year old son - he loves cahmere and wears cashmere sweaters like sweatshirts - this was the perfect size, relaxed fit, great color and good quality yarn. My son put it on immediately...and we ordered 2 more!

I purchased 3 cashmere sweaters for my husband (buy 1, get 2 free). Two of the sweaters were beautiful and fit perfectly. The winter white one, which is the one he wanted most, arrived wrinkled and out of shape. My conclusion is that the sweater was worn by someone and returned, repackaged and sent to me. I sent the winter white sweater back and hope I get a new, never worn, sweater back. I am very surprised at this, because I have dealt with J.A. Banks before and have been very satisfied. Hopefully, this was just a random thing that happened. The sweaters are very beautiful.

The item is great. The service at the store in Omaha at Village Pointe was horrible. Willing to take your money just fine but if you choose to return the item for a refund expect to be treated in a very very rude manner.

I got this sweater last Christmas for my boyfriend (now fiance). He loves it so much that I am buying more this year in other colors. He's 6'/170lbs and the Large fit well. We live in Texas so he only wears in Dec - Feb usually over a button down. Perfect way to stay warm while still looking nice for dinner out. He does not care about brand names/high-end items but this was worth it because it is NOT an itchy sweater. I have borrowed during a cold movie over a dress and it is soft and worth every penny. HIGHLY recommend!
