Bought 5 pairs of these to wear daily for work in sales. They have started fraying at the bottoms and on the belt loops after just under 2 years of use. I would not recommend these pants for long term use/investment.

I live in Arizona (where, as I write, the temperature is 104 degrees).
I have two pairs of these pants, as well as five other pairs of ostensibly similar weight: now I never wear the others. These are silky smooth, completely wrinkle-free, and stay very cool (in the literal sense).
I have aggressively promoted them to my friends -- something that I rarely, if ever, do!
