Good product - poor service

The product was good value for the money

This was one of the worst online transactions I have had with any company. The product showed to be in stock at the time of the order and didn't ship for an additional three weeks. The communication on the status was poor and not timely.

Soft, fine Merino wool. Fitment is perfect and true to size. I love the style of this topcoat. It is smart and clean. At the sale price, it is a great value. Received the coat within 2 days of ordering online--the local Jos A Banks outlet at the mall was swamped so shipping was well worth the premium.

I purchased the coat for my husband as a Christmas gift, and I am very pleased and he was pleasantly surprised. There was a slight problem wich the tailor was able to fix in seconds.

I like the versatility of the coat as it can be worn casually or dressed up with a nice cashmere scarf to suit the event.

Great looking coat for casual or dress. A bit longer than appears in the pictures. Suggest ordering a size down from traditional sport coat measurement.

This is a pretty decent coat at the regular price, but I got lucky and got it during an AWESOME sale. Very comfortable, hangs straight, roomy shoulders, nice seams, collar lays properly, well tailored. Best overcoat I've ever had!

Q:
How heavy is this coat? Light weight: For cool weather,Late October & March. Medium: Cool to Cold, November & Feb. Heavy: Cold to Very Cold, December and January. I do not want a heavy coat. This will normally be worn over a suit so if it is too heavy, it is also too warm and too bulky so I will never wear it. Thank you,
