Great customer service. I returned them for another size and received an innaccurate exchange (I bought three shirts and was returned two). When I asked customer service about it, they promptly sent me the missing shirt. I returned them AGAIN (I know, I'm a nightmare customer) and again they promptly mailed my exchange. It is nice to be able to save money on dry cleaning with these wrinkle free shirts. I received a few of them at Christmas and have great enjoyed being able to wash them on my own and them come own pretty close to unwrinkled. I sometimes spray them down with water the night before I wear them if my timing in the dryer wasn't perfect. Overall, great shirts.

Shirt sizes

Overall I really like these shirts. Problem is that the 17 1/2 neck just doesn't cut it. I know there are many fit guys out there that have 18 neck size but slimmer waists. Going with big & tall sizes does not work either since there is too much extra fabric around the waist if you get an 18 neck. If JoB would increase the neck size on these tailored fit shirts their market share in dress shirts would go up significantly. I'd ask JoB to please consider making these shirts in 18 neck. You won't regret it and your customers will love it!

As a pastor, I try to take great care in my appearance and dress. The shirts from Jos A.Banks have always performed well, actually much better than any I have bought previously from Dilliards or Macy's. The fit is excellent, and the care for these items is minimal. Just wash, dry, and hang. Hardly every have to press them.

Product was great, it is a little overpriced but I would buy it again! It could be more helpful if the website is a little more clear about differences between styles, like tailored fit vs slim fit vs regular fit. Also Collars, button down, spread...etc. But overall it was a good experience.

Online Colors not Representative

Great shirts. Good fit, durable, etc. However, Ecru as is depicted online is not what they send you. Indeed, you will receive an Ivory colored shirt (that's what the label reads), which they will tell you is ecru. Off-white versus yellow. Not the same thing.I would recommend these shirts, they are great, but be careful of the online ordering process. Buy in-store if you can.

Excellent dress shirt - substantial fabric, extra long tails so it doesn't ride up in the back when sitting. Could be a little narrower in the waist. I have a 17" neck and 34" waist. I'll have to try the slim fit.

Great Product Poor Online Execution

These are my favorite shirts. They fit well and last a long time.However, be wary of the color selections offered online. I decided to venture into off-white territory and was immediately turned-off when my order arrived. Specifically, when choosing colors online there is an "ecru" option and there is a "yellow" option. When you select ecru online the image they provide is a dull white, almost light grey. But, when you order ecru they send you a shirt that is labeled "ivory"... really a pale yellow, not ecru. The service operators told me that ivory is the same color as ecru. Patently incorrect given the color choices online. I sent the shirt back to get a true ecru shirt thinking that I may have not explained the problem to the operator clearly and they returned to me the exact same ivory colored/labeled shirt. Ivory and ecru are not the same thing, and the ecru coloration choice online certainly does not accurately represent the color that comes to you in the mail. Going back to the whites only and in-store shopping I guess...
Color Warning

Reference: I ordered the Traveler Tailored Fit Spread Collar Long Sleeve shirt. The color delivered was not what the webpage presents. Issue: A word of warning. The color "Ecru" as presented online is not what the delivered shirt really is. I wanted a nice dull off-white, which is what the online photo is. Almost light grey. On delivery, however, the shirt was "ivory." By Ivory I mean a few shades lighter than canary yellow. I returned the shirt because I thought they messed up the color. In return they sent the exact same shirt back to me. The phone attendant then tells me that Ecru and Ivory are the same thing for JosABank (if you order Ecru, they send you the yellow option).This is the first time I've been disappointed with this company. You have to pay to ship a shirt back for a refund. The shirt fits great and will last forever, but it's not what I was led to believe I would get, and it looks like I'm an 60 year old high school principal because they can't get their coloration correct.
