These are great khakis! As advertised, they are water and stain resistant which has its advantages if you do a lot of traveling on crowded airplanes. On a recent trip I was accidently bumped by a fellow travler which caused me to spill a little coffee on my khakis. However, I was able to use a paper napkin to blot up the spill leaving no trace of a stain.

What is the difference between the Traveler Pleated Khakis and the Cotton Twill? Also, with either pant would the olive go with a navy blue blazer?

  The construction is the same, but our Cotton Twill pants do not have water, wrinkle, and stain resistance. Olive works well with navy. I would recommend a patterned sportshirt to mix up the solid colors and to complete the look. Thank you for your question.

  Tailored Fit is a slim fit; the hips and thighs are smaller than our Standard Fit. There is also a difference in the knee and leg openings, they are slightly smaller than our Standard Fit. These tailored details require the garment to fit closer to the body. Thank you for your question.

My husband has a pair of Jos Banks khaki in which the top front closure is a hook with a covering flap that buttons and he wants that again. Is that how this pair closes? He does not want the hook to cover the button. How does this pair close? Thanks
