Was my delivery prompt? Heavens No. It's been three weeks and I'm still waiting. But this is typical for Banks' overseas military service. If you're at an APO/FPO address expect your order to takes weeks, even months. How can Amazon, Zappos, Bean and others delivery promptly to APO's while Banks takes an eternity? Product is good but service is poor.

These are good pants for work, etc. Ordered a second pair recently and went with the khaki color choice. Pants arrived promptly, but had a distinct pink hue to them. Returned for the classic British tan. The return went well, received replacement in about a week.

Very well constructed. Very few wrinkles when taken out of the dryer. Overall a good pair of day to day pants in a office or school setting.

Fit well, hold a crease well. Well cut enough to wear with a tweed blazer for informal events / evenings out.

These are very good pants. True to size. I spent the extra $10 to put the permanent crease and I definitely think it was worth the money.

My only complaint is that I think there are too many belt loops. Nitpicky...I know.

Wanted something that looked like khakis, but was better in feel and appearance than what I had, which often seem to be right out of the dryer. These really fill the bill! I'm pleased!

Bought these online, the material is very thick and stiff... more-so than your average Dockers. Fortunately, Jos A Bank is great with returns... I was able to get some much more comfy dress pants.

ordered 3 pair, must wait 4 months to get the last pair
how ever the 2 pair I have Fit Great and look good.the size was right on. The pair I'm still waiting on was out of stock do to color. Asked if they would change the color,however never answered my Email.I'll wait!

I am a business major. I am quite selective and seldom write a review.
But this is a great product, given its color, size and quality. After the first wash, it still looks brand new. For some people, the fabric could be a bit hard. For me, it fits well. I love it. The service is also great. I am now a regular customer of Jos A Bank.

Very basic plants. They fit the job by being pants. Nothing spectacular about the fit or the make. All the jos a bank pants deterriorate in 2-3 years with light to normal wear. If you need pants for work these are for you.

not the best fitting trousers i've purchased fm jAb. i find myself hoping that they'll shrink since they don't seem really true to size. the dressier wool trousers have a truer fit than these cotton "travel" khakis.

I'm a taller guy with a bigger build and have trouble finding pants that fit. These pants are comfortable and true to size. I would buy them (and do) again and again.

These pants work great for in the office and abrioad. They always look nice -and shed water and stains to a degree. I've standardized with this product at the office and own 8-10 pair now. The best secret is the tailor's crease. It makes ironing and touch-ups a breeze -and keeps the pants looking good throughout the day and between washes.

As excited one can be about khakis, these are quite possibly the best khakis I have ever worn. They feel great, look wonderful and with a variety of colors you can pair with any shirt, sportcoat, or sweater. My only complaint is the leg opening is a little too big. Not sure if Joseph A. Bank makes a slimmer cut for these khakis, but they should consider it.

Have nothing but praise for the product. I serve on City Council and tried them out for one of our 2 hour plus meetings. (sitting). Crease was as fresh at the end of the meeting as the start. I would recommend to anyone and in fact am getting ready to order another pair.

These pants are excellent! They maintain their wrinkle free appearance even after a day of travel or sitting at a desk. After washing and drying them I hang them upside down by the hem and never need to iron them. So far they have maintained their stain resistance. I would recommend these to anyone!
