I really like this coat, it is extremely soft. I read all of the reviews first and saw that a lot of people mentioned that it would be a bit big which was helpful to me. I wear a 42XL jacket and ordered a 42L coat. It fits great with the suit but is a little roomy with just a shirt on. I got it on sale so I couldn't be happier.

Used it to trip to Finland where it was very cold and the coat simply kept warm at -30 centigrades. Now that is cold. Also looks beautiful and feels even better.

I ordered this for my son. It was a little big, but he still liked it. It would be fine over a suit. Color (charcoal) was very attractive.

i wanted this coat for awhile now,already have it in black,but since i wear a suit every day, the black just doesn't look right with british tan and all the browns.once you have cahmere,you'll never go back to wool,there's no comparison.arrived proptly after i ordered too.

Beautiful coat, top quality. Fit is correct. I also purchased one for my son.

I took advantage of the 1/3 sale which seemed to overload the web server. My initial transaction was lost and I had to reenter my order...until 3 days later when my initial transaction reappeared. I almost had 4 coats. I love the 1 I am wearing.

Great topcoat that looks perfect with a suit and I wore it with blue jeans when the temperature dropped to 22 last week. The coat weight is nice and light but gives great warmth. I have had many topcoats over the past 40 years. You can't beat cashmere for warmth, style and comfort.

It is a perfect coat, very light and smooth. I have other higher quality cashmere coats, but they are in 2K range. I got this on sale for the fraction of the initial price, simply could'n stand and I do not know other place that can bit the price I payed.

The only problem, and this was mentioned by others earlier, is the size. You have to buy one size smaller. My jacket size is 43-44 and 42 coat was almost right, maybe just a hair bigger while 44 was simply huge.

It is wonderful to get the coats I needed. Before, I always thought about only go to Brooks Brothers because of their name sake. Now I change my mind that I will always go to your stores. I have no regrets at all!!

Very nice cloth. I've seen slightly better on super-premium coats, but this is very good, and a nice step up from merino. It's cut a bit large, even allowing for the fact that it's for wearing over a suit (topcoat, right). You may need to go down a size. I wear a 44 over a 46R suit. Well cut.

Purchased overcoat on sale for [$]. It's black and very stylish. I like fact it's sold as a 100% cashmere, plus the price is why I purchased it. However, I think there are nicer cashmere, but probably for much more money. I would like to know more about how this one was made. Its soft, but I guess I thought it would be softer. Still, I liked it and have bragged about the good deal I got. It looks good and very fashionable. Looking now for a nice colorful scarf to accent it.

I have always wanted a REAL cashmere ,but they were always to expensive TILL NOW, my wife purchased me the cashmere top coat ,,its is fantastic ,,i just received it today and i,m completely satisfied ,this top coat feels & looks like a million bucks i kid you not!!!!!

This coat is very soft. It is my second one like it. I wish it had a button at the very top to use at the button hole in the lapel. I will ask my tailor to sew one on.

the coat seemed very nice, but was quite large. I'm pretty consistently a 44L, but this was too large. Was going to go the a store and try on a smaller size, but color not available there, so I just returned it.
