The feather edge belt literaly broke on bending.The leather was brittle and the two pieces (face and back) separated.The back piece broke into two pieces. Since they were purchased on a sale of by one get two free, there was only replacement of poor quality merchandise or throw away....

These belts are good looking and well made. I bought two belts 5-6 years ago; one brown and one black. I recently lost weight and had to replace my original belts. Since they were both still in great shape. I could have had them cut down
and new holes punched, but the cost was close to that of a new belt.

I especially like the fact they don't separate; the holes don't get stretched; and the belt does not stretch.

The one I received had a grey spot on it, so be sure to check it over thoroughly. Also, like most items at Jos A. Bank, the normal price is ridiculous. I only bought it because it was on clearance.

I bought this belt to replace an identical one I got for Christmas that has begun to split on the side seam. After only 2 weeks of wear I can see this one beginning to wear also. Beware.

I picked up this belt in burgundy ten or more years ago. It's held up surprisingly well for what seems like a bonded leather product. It was on sale for an absurdly low price so I picked up the black version as well. So far so good. Someday several promotions down the road I'll replace them with handmade full-grain belts... but for now these are just fine.

I purchase a 38 inch belt, and it is great for my 39 inch waist pants. However, when for my 40 and 42 inch waist pants it is a little short. Since I am in the process of losing weight, and my waist line continues to recede, it may soon become my favorite belt.
