Quality is always excellent. Watching sales can give excellent product for the money.
The recent problem has been that size does not conform to regular sizing. Have had to move up a whole size to get a proper fit..and that is not any gain in weight or inches! Suggest that suppliers are cutting sizing short. Will continue to be my main supplier.

Good value in a well-made slack. The fabric is as advertised and of good quality. I opted for the "Traveler's Crease," but I don't think I would do that again, as one of the creases was double-creased in one area and I'm unable to press it out.

I purchased 4 pair of the same wool gab paints, each a different color. They arrived separately from different retail stores across the country. I promptly went to my tailor and found that none of the 4 pair were exactly the same. Some were too big and some were two small and one was just right in the crouch and waist. Too much trouble to send them back, but I will be more cautious next time!

Recently I was looking for several pair of pants, Jos A Bank had a sale, I was in. I decided to look on line for my size and style. I had never ordered a pair of pants on line so I was skeptical. I followed the simple measuring instructions and placed the order. The pants arrived several days later and they fit perfectly!

Wanted good quality work trousers. Thought that "travel crease" would be great. Wrong. The crease should never be purchased with pleated pants. The crease runs in to the pleate opening it up and it looks terrible. Called JAB and told to take it to a JAB store. Closest one was 40 miles away. Taylor there tried to iron the crease out and couldn't. He suggested that I never get at travel crease again and that I wear the pants high up on my waist to keep the pleate closed like Steve Urcle. They wouldn't trade. I used the outseem measurements exactly the same as my favorite pants and the FAB pants were too short. I doubt I will ever by pants taylored online again and will never by pleated pants with a travel crease again. Stuck with pants and will wear soon to see how they are. Wish me luck.

The price of the wool pants is excellence. The quality of the pants is excellent. The online, tracking, followup system is horrible. If you are very patient and willing to put up with a poorly designed online system you will receive good value. If the the company integrate the local stores with the online system they would leave clients with a better feeling

Good everyday dress pants. They wear well and hold up to dry cleaning. They do run small - recommend adding one inch to waistline to ensure fit.

Great quality. I purchased five pair and unfortunately I selected the wrong size online and had to return all of them in store. The young man at the Dedham, MA store couldn't have been more helpful and in fact he helped me exchange all five pairs in the correct size. I am wearing one pair right now and they look and feel great!

Love these trousers. Took them to aq Joseph A. Banks store for alterations (putting the cuffs on). They can be worn for casual or fine dressing.

The product ordered and delivered was of usual JAB quality - very fine. However, the order included two (2) pairs of trousers - one grey, one tan. I only received the tan. An email to Customer Service was responded to w/ "we shipped the Tan" - they completely missed the point that they lost a sale of an additional pair of Trousers.
