This is the second shirt that I have purchased from Jos. A Bank. Really happy with the quality. Was looking to update wardrobe, and the local stores that I have used in the past have closed.

Ordered two shirts - one matched the order. Second didn't match style (open collar vs. button-down) or color (striped vs. checked). Wasn't until reviewed shipping document against what was delivered that I noticed.

I bought three BEAUTIFUL shirts for my son, but got the wrong size and colors. I was politely told where and how to return them without shipping charge, and they were replaced from 3 different stores as they weren't in stock at the main place. I was flabbergasted!!!Courteous, service-oriented employees are becoming a thing of the past (I'm 83), but Jos A Bank has certainly raised the bar for service, in my opinion!

I currently own 4 traveler button shirts and I can say that the description for the shirts are quite accurate meaning that the shirts stay crisp and neat throught out the day. Keep in mind the "special process" that keeps the shirts wrinkle free and shrink free make the shirts feel more durable than your average button down dress shirt but the shirts still feel and wear great! Bottom-line the traveler button down dress shirt is great for an active business casual look.

The three no iron button collar shirts I purchased are high quality,great looking, versatile, and stylish. Worn both under sweaters and alone they look and feel great. The website was difficult to use because after choosing my items in the final page it would tell me some of the items I choose were on backorder for months. I ended up calling customer service and they were knowledgable and helpful. I am very pleased with my purchase for my husband and so is he.
