Purchased this to complete my formal collection. Delivered very quickly in perfect condition and in a nice garment bag. Only issue was the sleeves were 1/2" too long. Took the jacket to my local Jos. A. Bank store and they altered the sleeves to the perfect length (small fee applied).

My husband was thrilled with the dinner jacket. It arrived promptly, and the few wrinkles that were there shook out overnight. It was nicely packaged, complete with hangar and plastic cover. He is a big fan of Jos A Banks, owns many pieces of their clothing. I'm sure this will be a favorite of his for cruising.

I bought the dinner jacket and tux pants on line. The jacket was too small. I took it my local store and re-ordered. In addition I bought a tux shirt and tie and cummerbund. Often stores do not like to handle on line products. This is not the case with J. Banks. They could not have been nicer and immediately brought my original order on their computer, and made the change. I am definately coming back.
