I've been a customer for years. Bought this jacket (both colors) along with a lambskin jacket. The colors and finish are very nice, but I'm disappointed at how thin these cashmere jackets are. The collar is so thin it can't properly stand up on its own.

The labeled full price is astronomical and I certainly would have returned them had I paid that much. I only buy highly discounted items from Bank now; and got these for 23.5% of their full price.

Service and delivery comments:

One large flat box containing a tissue paper wrapper over three jackets: both cashmere jackets simply placed naked in the box - not even in a plastic bag. Free lint on both cashmere jackets. Only the lambskin jacket in this box was protected by a plastic bag. Fortunately no box damage from its 3000 mile journey.

This lightweight bomber is timeless. The fabric and styling of the jacket is first-rate. I purchased mine in black and am extremely pleased with the jacket, service, and shipping measures (heavy duty box, hangar).

The jacket quality is excellent and very comfortable. Why do you not make this in tall sizes? The sleeve length is too short and size of the rib knit cuffs are too big in the XL and 2XL sizes. For those who normally wear XL (or 2XL) I would avoid ordering this item, unless you have unusually short arms and thick wrists. Tall sizes definitely needed here!
