In order to explain the quality our suit fabric we have introduced the Star Rating System. This helps define the superior texture and feel of our garments. Our star rating is determined by the thickness of the wool and the yarn count. The higher the yarn count, the finer, stronger and more lustrous the fabric looks. The technical term hand is determined by how soft the fabric feels to the touch. We define drape as to how the fabric hangs and flows without wrinkling. Great fabric will have a soft hand and the drape and will appear more lustrous with fine hair and more yarns.

SUPERFINE 4 STAR RATING

Finer yarns for a higher level of luxury. More luster, pattern, and color detail.

In the context of patterns 2 star patterns are simple (basic stripes, windowpanes, plaids) as you go up in star rating level (collections), the patterns will become more complex, utilize more color, and generally will be more fashion forward.
