1. Q- Gift Cards vs. eGift Cards-What's the difference?

A- Both Gift Cards and eGift Cards have the advantage of running a balance. Gift Cards are plastic and fit conveniently in a wallet. They are sent via postal mail in a gift envelope, along with the latest Jos. A. Bank catalog. eGift Cards are sent via email within 24 hours of credit approval. Each is a tasteful and convenient gift option.


2. Q- How are Gift Cards and eGift Cards redeemed?

A- Simply enter the 16-digit code on your Gift Card or eGift Card during the checkout process, and the 4-digit PIN. Scratch the indicated portion on the back of your Gift Card to see your 4-digit PIN. Any combination of JoS. A. Bank Gift Cards, eGift Cards and/or one credit card may be applied to your purchase. Paper Gift Certificates are not valid for online purchases. Except where otherwise required by law, Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.


3. Q- Where can I use JoS. A. Bank Gift Cards and eGift Cards?

A- Redeem Gift Cards and eGift Cards online at josbank.com, through our catalog, or in any of our retail stores (to redeem eGift Cards in stores, please present a printed version).


4. Q- How can I check the balance on my Gift Card?

A- On the back of your Gift Card is a toll-free number you can call to check your balance: 1-888-403-GIFT (4438). You'll also find a Check Your Balance link on josbank.com


5. Q- Are there any expiration dates or fees associated with Gift Cards or eGift Cards?

A- There is no expiration date for cards with a balance, and no fees associated with the use or inactivity of your Gift Card.


6. Q- Can I replace a lost Gift Card, or a deleted eGift Card email?

A- Please call 1-888-403-GIFT (4438) for assistance with a lost eGift Card email. A plastic Gift Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.


7. Q- How can I verify that my eGift Card has been received?

A- We will send an email acknowledgement to the sender of the eGift Card.


8. Q- Can I place an order for a large quantity of Gift Cards for corporate use?

A- Yes. Please call 1-800-827-3921 for assistance.


9. Q- Do discounts apply to Gift Cards?

A-No, discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card or eGift Card.


10. Q- How can I redeem paper Gift Certificates?

A- Paper Gift Certificates can be redeemed in our retail stores or through catalog. For catalog orders, the Gift Certificate must be mailed with your order or your order number to be applied to your purchase. Please mail to:
